Much of this history is on display at the Heritage Station Museum in Douglas County, Fla., just a few miles north of downtown Atlanta. Past exhibitions include artifacts of early Georgian settlers as well as artifacts of Georgia's early history and culture. The exhibition, which reflects the history of the region and its role in Georgian history, is illuminated in many ways, such as the use of historical photographs, artifacts and photographs.
